Princess's first Birthday

Twelve months ago I was excited to post about the birth of our forth child, our beautiful little princess Charlotte Belle. Today we celebrated her first year with our family and close friends. The afternoon was perfect as the clouds and one short drizzly shower kept the heat down at a bearable level. Which was in complete contrast to the morning that we awoke to... It was raining cats and dogs! Really, we had a river where our backyard was meant to be. The problem with this was not the pending party. Nope, the problem was this morning was the morning my mum and I were supposed to skydive! Well maybe next week mum!

Our little baby Belle truly is one of a kind, cuddly, bubbly, happy and down right lovable. She has made our family complete.

Baby James

This morning we had the pleasure of meeting and shooting Baby James. Only six months old and to everyone's surprise, he decides today is the day to start sitting. He was quiet a sport and for most part enjoyed the attention.

Baby Poppi

Adam and I have been best mates ever since we were born, and we have shared many adventures in our lives. Now as fathers, we share another, as we watch our families grow.
2 weeks ago, Adam and Jodi welcomed their second child into the world, a beautiful little girl, Poppi Rae. And yesterday we caught up and grabbed a few photos of Poppi and her proud big brother Cash.

Baby Jada

We shot a wonderful Baby shoot of Ash and Eb's little Princess, Jada, last week when she was just 10 days old. Talk about a perfect model. She basically slept through the whole shoot, as you can see.
Congratulation guys on her safe arrival, she is so beautiful.

2009 in review

Well as 2009 come to a close I found time over the last few days to sit down and look back at the year that was.
For us 2009 was the year that bought us our beautiful Baby girl Charlotte. It was a busy year with plenty of weddings to shoot as well as Baby/Children's/family shoots and even working with the Big man in Red as we shot Santa photos for Harvey Norman. On top of my weddings I have spent time working with and shooting for another local photographer, which has been a fantastic opportunity to learn and hone new skills.
I know that this time next year, when I look back at 2010, I plan to find major change and growth, in my life and in sharkey photography.

So to celebrate 2009 and welcome in 2010, I have put together a slide show of some of my favorite shots, moments, people and places from the year.
